The opening of the database for the 2018 EEO-1 Survey was postponed to early March and the filing deadline is extended until May 31, 2019.<\/p>\n<p>Companies that filed the EEO-1 Report last year will receive information regarding a login password in late February or early March 2019.<\/p>\n<p>All private employers with 100 or more employees are required to file an EEO-1 Survey. Closely managed corporate family entities must file if the aggregate of employees is at least 100. And federal government contractors are required to file if they have 50 employees and at least one federal contract, subcontract, or purchase orders of $50,000.<\/p>\n<h3>You Should:<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Confirm your corporate contact and email address. If your company contact is no longer employed with the company or the responsible person has changed, you should email <a href=\"mailto:E1.techassistance@eeoc.gov\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">E1.techassistance@eeoc.gov<\/a> and identify the new company contact.<\/li>\n<li>Update record reporting if your company has been involved with a merger, acquisition, or spin-off.
