The EEO-1 Report provides employment data by race\/ethnicity, gender and job categories.<\/p>\n<p>The filing of the EEO-1 Report is required by federal law, Section 709(c), Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The annual filing deadline for EEO-1 Survey is March 31, 2018!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you are one of the Employers listed above and do not receive the 2017 Notification Letter by January 29, 2018, you should contact the EEOC at (877) 392-4647 or email <a href=\"mailto:e1.techassistance@eeoc.gov\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">e1.techassistance@eeoc.gov<\/a>.
