\nEvaluate Pennsylvania\u2019s trust laws against those of neighboring states such as Delaware and Ohio to determine how an estate plan could be affected due to relocation or other measures.<\/p>\n

Examine Taxes, Ethics, and Other Planning Concepts<\/strong>
\nAnalyze estate planning in the current interest rate environment. Consider the ethical implications every estate planner must recognize. Discuss cross-border planning issues when working with international clients.<\/p>\n
