Hon. Thomas Hardiman<\/p><\/div>\n

Judge Hardiman will participate in a colloquy reflecting on his past experience as a litigator representing clients at many levels, including District Justice, the arbitration room, Common Pleas, Superior and Commonwealth courts, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, the US District Court, and the Third Circuit.<\/p>\n

He will convey his views from the other side, as a current judge on the Third Circuit and previously at the Western District, and give insight into effective ways to represent clients at trial and on appeal.<\/p>\n
