A practicing attorney for over 33 years, Lynch is a respected leader in the Pittsburgh <\/span>business community with deep expertise in securities litigation, commercial <\/span>litigation, employment law counseling and litigation, business succession planning, <\/span>mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate transactions for individuals and <\/span>businesses of all sizes. Prior to founding his firm in 2002, Lynch held leadership roles <\/span>at Reed Smith, a software startup, and a logistics company, blending legal insight <\/span>with business acumen.<\/span><\/div>\n
